Get the Care You Need
Surgical procedures don’t have to feel overwhelming. With the right tools, the right team, and a thoughtful plan in place, we can handle most oral surgeries right here in our office.
From routine extractions to advanced implant restoration, our goal is always to protect your health, reduce discomfort, and support long-term outcomes.

Routine Extractions
Sometimes, a tooth just needs to come out. Whether it’s a baby tooth that hasn’t fallen out on its own, a severely decayed adult tooth, or one that’s causing crowding, extractions are a common part of maintaining oral health.
Our team uses gentle, minimally invasive techniques to make extractions as simple and comfortable as possible. We’ll walk you through the process ahead of time and provide complete aftercare instructions to support healing.
Wisdom Teeth Extractions
Wisdom teeth usually begin to emerge in the late teen years or early twenties—and for many patients, they cause more harm than good. If they’re impacted, growing in sideways, or causing crowding, Dr. Scott, Dr. Matt, or Dr. Chad may recommend removal.
Our office provides clear imaging, sedation options, and detailed post-op care to make the experience smooth and manageable. Removing wisdom teeth early often helps prevent future complications.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are a long-term solution for replacing missing teeth. They involve placing a titanium post in the jawbone, which fuses with the bone and supports a crown, bridge, or denture above the gumline.
We handle the restorative process in-house, and when needed, collaborate with trusted specialists for surgical placement. Whether you’re missing one tooth or several, your dentist or orthodontist will help you determine if implants are right for you.
Expose & Bond
For some orthodontic patients, permanent teeth don’t erupt properly on their own. In these cases, an expose and bond procedure can help guide the tooth into place. Dr. Matt works in tandem with our surgical team to uncover the impacted tooth and attach a small bracket or chain to assist in movement.
This procedure is often used for canines and is an important step in ensuring alignment and bite function during orthodontic treatment.
Biopsy
If we notice an unusual lesion, lump, or area of concern in the mouth, we may recommend a biopsy to gather more information. This small tissue sample helps rule out or confirm conditions that may require follow-up care.
Biopsies are typically quick and minimally invasive. We prioritize patient comfort and will explain the process in detail before moving forward, ensuring you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
